Project conducts its missions under the sea in the Aquarius Underwater
Research Habitat. Aquarius, which is owned by the National Oceanic
and Atmospheric Administration, or NOAA, and managed by the University
of North Carolina at Wilmington, is the only undersea research laboratory
in the world.
