JSC2001-E-44737 (11 December 2001) --- Cosmonaut Nikolai M. Budarin (left), Expedition Six flight engineer; and astronauts Kenneth D. Bowersox and Donald A. Thomas, mission commander and flight engineer, respectively, use the virtual reality lab at the Johnson Space Center (JSC) to train for their duties on the International Space Station (ISS). This type of computer interface paired with virtual reality training hardware and software helps to prepare the entire team for dealing with station elements. Budarin represents Rosaviakosmos.
