STS-108 Shuttle Mission Imagery

JSC2001-02285 (22 August 2001) --- Astronauts Linda M. Godwin (left) and Daniel M. Tani, both STS-108 mission specialists, are about to be submerged in the waters of the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). Godwin and Tani are wearing the training version of the Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) space suit. Scuba divers are in the water to assist the astronauts in their training.
